Why aren't proxy arp's being published on my Windows2000 Firewall?

A bug in Windows2000 RRAS causes proxy arp's not to be published. To correct this either service pack windows or disable the RRAS service. Remember, if you do disable RRAS edit the registry and enable IP forwarding.
(hkey local, system, current, services, tcpip, parameters, IpEnableRouter=1)

To view proxy arp's on Windows2000 run: fw ctl arp
