Enabling IKE logging for Securemote/Secure Client NG

In order to create IKE.elg file on SecuRemote/SecureClient NG, proceed as follows:

1. Kill SecuRemote/SecureClient
2. Create the file fwike_debug.all in C:\ (root directory)
3. Launch SecuRemote/SecureClient.

The file IKE.elg will be created in $SRDIR\log.
