importconfig

Retrieves the configuration stored in the specified file to the SecureRamp. The file must be located on a TFTP server. Before using this command, discard all SecureRamp configuration using setfactorydefaults, and set only the IP address using setlocalip.

Syntax


 importconfig -f filename -a TFTP_server_IP_address

Options

-f	Filename of the configuration file.
-a	IP address of the TFTP server where the file is located.

Example


 importconfig -f commands.txt -a 129.1.1.20

This command will retrieve to the SecureRamp the configuration stored in the file commands.txt at the TFTP server 129.1.1.20.

Note

This command runs in the background. Any errors generated during the actual import operation will be displayed after the command ends.
